Rick Flag Jr. – The leader of the Suicide Squad overseen by Amanda Waller. Rick Flag Jr. is a former fighter pilot, his entire unit was wiped out which pushed him to leading the Suicide Squad. He is often compared to Deadshot due to his ability with a gun.
Deadshot – Considered the world’s greatest marksman which makes him the perfect assassin, Deadshot was happy to kill anyone for the right price but he was committed to protecting his ex-wife and daughter. Well know for his eye-piece and his mask and was a prime villain for Batman.
The Joker – Possibly the most famous comic book villain there is. He has featured whenever a Batman film has been released, usually he falls into some chemicals which bleaches his skin, colours his hair green and renders him insane but in the film will most likely be fully formed when he is introduced.
Harley Quinn – First appeared in Batman and was a very popular character who was an accomplice to The Joker. Harley Quinn is portrayed as a very talented psychiatrist but after going on a murderous rampage he joins the squad.
Captain Boomerang – An Australian criminal who uses his own custom boomerangs to commit crime, he is usually causing trouble for The Flash. He was first created in 1960 and nearly killed The Flash one time by strapping him to a giant boomerang and shooting him into space but was unsuccessful in killing the superhero.
Killer Croc – Another enemy for Batman, he is a villain with Crocodile like traits such as strong senses, stamina and he is incredibly strong. He has these crocodile traits because he was born with a form of atavism.
El Diablo – El Diablo ended up in prison after he burned down a building with gang members in, he wasn’t caught but handed himself in after discovering the fact that there were innocent women and children inside. He was forcibly recruited into the Suicide Squad and he has the ability to control fire.
Slipknot – Formerly a employee for a chemical company but ended up making a formula which would give him very powerful and durable ropes. He was meant to kill a hero named firestorm but failed and ended up in police custody.
Katana – She has been a member of the team named The Outsiders which was assembled by Batman and has also been a part of the Suicide Squad. She had fled to the US after the death of her family.
Enchantress – Enchantress was firstly introduced into comics as more of a hero to battle evil creatures but she later becomes and enemy for Supergirl and others. Enchantress is a dark side that can control her but she has powers like healing and teleportation.
Amanda Waller – Amanda has no superpowers but does have some traits that are very useful, she is highly trained in martial arts, logistics and military tactics. She was a controversial leader of the Suicide Squad and was widely disliked.
With all of these villains all getting together in this film it sure looks like it’ll be exciting!
