War Dogs is an upcoming American comedy film about a $300 million government contract, given to two of the most unlikely people. The film is based on a true story and revolves around two arms dealers named David Packouz and Efraim Diverolli.
Both the arms dealers, being stoners and in their twenties, you wonder how they got a contract from the Pentagon. There was a very little-known government initiative which allowed small businesses to bid on U.S. Military contracts which is how David and Efraim were able to get into that line of business, but the two are placed way out of their depth when they land a $300 million contract to arm the Afghan Military.

David Packouz is played by Miles Teller and Efraim Diverolli is played by Jonah hill. This will hopefully get Miles Teller back on track, in terms of his acting career after having some previously lacklustre movies he has appeared in including Fantastic Four and The Divergent Series: Allegiant.
The movie is set to come out August 26th and will be directed Todd Phillips, who is best known for directing The Hangover trilogy. It looks like an incredibly funny film with the war theme as a bit of a twist from your average comedy film.
