This programme is going to bring coverage of all the professional games that are coming up and on at that particular time. Consider it a gaming Sky Sports news. This is going to be alongside ESL’s partnerships with Twitch, Azubu, Hitbox and Yahoo. We all know the commitment that Twitch has put in to getting people the footage from around the world to watch and enjoy.
ESL and MTG are in talk with some major TV distributors around the world and I would not be surprised if you see this TV show pop up via Sky. ESL’s current audience is over 100 million digital viewers which will soon expand even further. It’s set that 250 million Esports fans will be opened up to this TV show in the near future when it is fully launched.
Esports is just getting bigger by the day and a lot more gamers which didn’t watch it before properly watch it now. It is a great community that we definitely support and are going to be a part of in the near future.
